I’m a certified university science professor, a veterinarian, a food technologist, a farmer, a health coach, and, most importantly, a woman who has learned firsthand that nutrition can transform your health.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer, arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, and an autoimmune disease. Medicine gave me answers… but food gave me my life back.
